Bounties for paid work. Tracker for protocols. DAO for the rules. We verify what enters the registry and host the community-run research; we do not run a discovery lab.

  Reviews, votes, and treasury moves are public. The cache lives in Postgres; the truth lives on IPFS and Solana.

  Reputation is earned through accepted contributions. Tokens amplify weight; they do not replace it. Bad actors lose rank — not just a profile picture.

  Personal protocols stay encrypted on your device. Anything you choose to share is signed, content-addressed, and yours to delete.

  Anyone can post, propose, or submit. Acceptance into the canonical record is decided by ranked members, transparently, with appeals.
