Overview
Trust you canactually verify.
The peptide research market runs on PDFs that anyone can edit and reputations that vendors control. Pepra fixes that with public, inspectable evidence — every claim is backed by a COA, every record is onchain, every dispute leaves a trail.
The pillars
Six signals, all public.
None of these can be edited away after the fact. None require trusting Pepra. Together, they form a reputation that survives Pepra disappearing tomorrow.
COAs become evidence
Lab certificates are extracted, reconciled against vendor claims, and pinned to immutable storage. The PDF stops being a marketing prop and starts being audit-grade data.
Authenticity tiers
Every COA earns one of six tiers based on how much independent corroboration backs it. Vendors cannot self-promote — the tier is derived, not declared.
Onchain anchoring
A canonical fingerprint of each verified record is written to Solana. Edit, swap, or forge a COA later and it no longer matches the onchain proof.
Slashable disputes
Challengers stake against batches they believe are misrepresented. Upheld disputes slash the vendor’s bond and apply a decaying reputation penalty.
Wallet-signed reviews
Reviews are tied to wallets, durable, and weighted by the reviewer’s past accuracy. Vendors cannot delete — they can reply once.
Lab signer registry
Independent labs attach their wallet to COAs they signed. A registered signer raises the authenticity tier of the batches they touch.
Lifecycle of a batch
From upload to onchain record.
Every batch on Pepra follows the same five-step lifecycle. No editorial overrides, no quiet adjustments, no hidden weights.
- 01
Upload
A vendor submits a batch with a lab COA. The PDF is hashed and pinned to immutable storage.
- 02
Verify
Pepra reconciles the PDF against the vendor’s claims and against the registered lab. Mismatches surface publicly.
- 03
Anchor
A canonical fingerprint of the verified record is committed to Solana. The batch is now tamper-evident.
- 04
Review
Buyers leave wallet-signed reviews. Challengers can open disputes by staking against any batch they believe is fraudulent.
- 05
Resolve
Disputes are adjudicated against the onchain evidence. Bonds are slashed or returned. Reputation updates in public.
Transparency boundary
What's public.
Vendor scores, COAs, reviews, disputes and their outcomes, the lab signer registry, and onchain treasury movements are all public. The reputation methodology is documented; the internal pipeline, signing infrastructure, and detection heuristics are not.
More
Vendor onboarding is in private build.
We're onboarding select labs and vendors during the closed-testing phase. The public leaderboard, dispute panel, and lab signer registry unlock at launch.
